Does anyone know the rules about articles online?

I've just found this site smart-card.com, could I just copy the technical
information from the site or do I need some kind of permission?. I'm writing a  project for school.

You just have to find the right categority. So what should your topic be about? You can post a topic about your school project here but don't promote any products or anything else like this here.
